My story of rebellion
Am I living the life I really want? My rebellion against the status quo started with this question. On the surface everything seemed fine, I was living in the UK, had a great job and friends.
Within myself, I knew something was wrong. Around me nobody looked like me, nobody seemed to be questioning themselves and I felt like a fish out of water, an alien, a different being.
Then I decided that I no longer wanted to conform to that structured world, where everything was already decided. I wanted to live a life that truly reflected me.
So I gave up everything and returned to Sicily, my homeland. Everything changed here, because I started to explore other possibilities, my own.
Life energy, my guide
Living a life aligned to my true nature
It was not easy, yet layer by layer I began to free myself from conditioning and guilt in relation to the expectations of others. When I stopped conforming to what others wanted for me, life took another direction.
Through various paths I began to find the answers I was looking for. I began to understand the life force that holds everything together, the subtle energy that encompasses everything, the visible and the invisibile.
We can call this life energy many things, but the name that resonates most with me is Chi or Ki. It is a simple word that encompasses everything and is the basis of various teachings of millenary wisdom.
By allowing myself to be guided by the Universe and its energy, I have experienced that in life the things you need come and go around you until you take care of them.
This inner journey led me to discover powerful ancient disciplines such as reiki, shiatsu, meridian stretching, crystal therapy and other vibrational techniques.

With experience, I realised that powerful techniques like shiatsu are capable of triggering a true inner revolution.
The path to living a life aligned with your nature becomes possible when you let the energy flow and achieve a new emotional balance.
This awareness led me to become a shiatsu practitioner in Giarre. Today I am proud to accompany people on this inner journey who are ready to rebel against the status quo, discover their true essence and live in alignment with it.
Shiatsu for me is a tool of rebellion against the pre-packaged life that others want for you.
