How does meridian stretching work?
Meridian stretching is an age-old art that stimulates the body’s energy channels and improves the flow of vital energy (Qi). Using specially designed techniques, I will guide you on a path of deep relaxation, stretching and rebalancing.
The meridian energy stretching sessions will take place directly in your home or outdoors, in fact it is a service I offer at home in Sicily, near Giarre and neighbouring towns.
You can prepare for our meridian gymnastics session by wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
All meridian stretching exercises will be tailored to your specific needs, in fact it is a customised session in which we will work specifically where needed.
These exercises can be performed at any age and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
This can be combined with shiatsu treatments or Bach flower counselling, because these holistic remedies can work in synergy with each other and without side effects.
